Ok, so you’re almost ready to get started!

Here’s how the process works… Yes, we’ve done this before!

1. You give me a call and we’ll chat for 15-20 minutes.  I’ll ask you some questions and learn about your business.  I’ll give you my quick analysis of your business and you can ask me some tough questions.

2. If after my time of advice you’d like to request a proposal, we’ll then go into the proposal phase.  I’ll create you a 3-7 page proposal based on the scope of your project.  Proposal writing includes an additional hour of questions so that we can iron our your project and goals.  Proposal writing costs $250.00 which includes hour long consultation and proposal writing! We charge the fee because of the time and planning that go into the proposal and for the hour long consultation.

3. You’ll receive a detailed, custom proposal with analysis of your website and suggestions for best ways to maximize your SEO dollars.

Should you decide to move forward, we can then set up payment arrangements.  Since SEO is an ongoing project for most of our clients, we do accept monthly payments based on the length of the contract.  For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX.  Business Checks are also accepted.

4. As we go into the work phase of your project, we’ll communicate to you on a weekly basis using our shared workspace.  You’ll also have the convenience to pay your bills online.

You’ll receive a notice for every one way link we place, and updates of your project.  If you do not have Google Analytics installed, we’ll install them for you so we can track your traffic and growth.
